Daewoo Nexia
An Opel Kadett E under a Korean badge, built under licence from 1994 and then in Uzbekistan for another two decades — which is why it is one of the commonest cars on the road across Central Asia and remains in service in very large numbers. That lineage is the single most useful thing about it: Kadett E and Astra F information describes the engine, gearbox and much of the wiring directly, and is far easier to find. The engines are the Opel Family 1 1.5, carburetted on early cars and injected later, and that boundary decides whether a scan tool reads anything at all. Later Uzbek-built cars carry a standard connector and modern management; the earliest do not.
