Kia Telluride
The large three-row SUV for North America, and it is the same vehicle as the Hyundai Palisade — same platform, same 3.8 Lambda V6, same eight-speed automatic — so Palisade information covers it throughout, which is the most useful thing to know since far more has been written about one than the other. The V6 is port and direct injected together, which spares it the intake-valve carbon that afflicts direct-injection-only engines and moves the recurring faults elsewhere: the eight-speed's valve body and its shift-solenoid codes, and on four-wheel-drive cars the coupling that feeds the rear axle, which sets driveline codes without any noise. The 2023 facelift changes the front-end radar and camera calibration procedure.
