Failed injector supply feed or relay
The power feed to the injectors lost, through a relay, fuse or supply wire. Every injector on that feed stops together, which is the signature: several circuits reported at once rather than one.
Multiple injector codes are a supply fault, not several failed injectors — an inference that saves the whole diagnosis. Check the feed at an injector connector with the ignition on: voltage present puts the fault downstream in the drivers, absent puts it in the relay, the fuse or the harness. A blown fuse is a symptom, so measure each winding for the shorted one before fitting a replacement, or it blows again.
