Faulty motor torque sensor
The sensor reporting the traction motor's torque or the resolver reading its rotor position, faulty. The inverter needs to know exactly where the rotor is to commutate correctly, so this signal is not monitoring — it is control.
A fault therefore disables propulsion rather than degrading it. The module cannot drive the motor safely without a trustworthy position or torque signal, so it shuts the drive down and the vehicle will not move under its own power. That is correct behaviour, and the codes name the motor and the inverter together. This is high voltage territory: follow the manufacturer's isolation procedure before any physical work, and check the signal wiring and its screening first, since a resolver's cable is sensitive to damage and interference.
