Bentley Arnage
The last of the traditional Crewe cars, and its diagnosis splits on the engine. Early Green Label cars use a BMW 4.4 V8 with Bosch management, so BMW information applies to the powertrain; from 1999 the Red Label reverts to Bentley's own 6.75 turbocharged V8, a very old design with modern management bolted to it, and that is the car most examples are. The 6.75's recurring items are heat-related — turbocharger oil feeds, the intercooler's separate coolant circuit and its pump. Beyond the engine, this is a heavily electrified car for its age: ride height, the hydraulic brake accumulators and the seat and climate modules all set their own faults and none of it is generic.
