Cadillac Seville
The smaller of Cadillac's two big saloons, and the nameplate changes meaning in 2005: everything up to 2004 is a front-drive Northstar car sharing its running gear with the DeVille, and the STS that followed is a rear-drive Sigma-platform car sharing its with the CTS and the SRX. A reader with an STS and a front-drive diagnosis in hand is on the wrong vehicle. The earlier cars carry the Northstar head-bolt question; the STS adds Magnetic Ride Control and an available all-wheel-drive transfer case that the earlier car has no equivalent of.
