Mitsubishi Endeavor
A mid-size crossover on Mitsubishi's PS platform, shared with the North American Galant and Eclipse and built in Illinois — so it is a car underneath rather than a truck, and Galant material covers most of it. One engine across the whole run, the 3.8 6G75 V6, with a four-speed automatic and an optional viscous-coupling all-wheel-drive system. The V6's timing belt is the interval to establish first: it is an interference engine, and the belt is buried behind the accessory drive.
