The British badge on Opel's cars. A Vauxhall Corsa, Astra, Insignia or Mokka is the same vehicle as the Opel of that name and year, built on the same line — so the model pages for them live under Opel, deliberately: two catalogue pages for one car would split the write-ups about it in half. Search either name and the catalogue lands you in the same place. The 2019 break applies here too — a Corsa or Mokka from then on is a Peugeot underneath, whichever badge is on the grille.

What makes one worth reading:

  • The car — make, model, year and engine. The same fault behaves differently on each.
  • What you measured, not only what you replaced.
  • What actually fixed it — or that nothing did, which is worth knowing too.
