Treat this like any misfire: stop if the light is flashing, and get it diagnosed promptly. Expect the workshop to investigate the camshaft position signal as well as the misfire itself.
What this code means
The module is confident that exactly one cylinder is misfiring but cannot say which. This normally happens when the camshaft position signal is missing or unreliable, because without it the module can count uneven crankshaft acceleration but cannot map those events onto named cylinders. Chase the cylinder identification problem first — often a camshaft sensor or timing fault — because until it is fixed the misfire cannot be localised.
