Brilliance H330
The compact saloon assembled in Iran by Pars Khodro and sold across the Middle East, and the model most of the surviving fleet consists of. The BMW connection the badge invites is a false lead: Brilliance manufactures for BMW in China, but an H-series carries a Mitsubishi 4A-family engine built under licence, not a BMW one — so Mitsubishi documentation describes it and BMW documentation describes nothing on this car. That single distinction saves the most time. The recurring faults are simple and mostly electrical: ignition coils failing individually, a crankshaft position sensor behind the pulley causing intermittent no-start, and earth points that corrode and produce readings across unrelated sensors.
