Alfa Romeo 4C
A mid-engined two-seater on a carbon-fibre monocoque weighing about 65 kg, which is the single fact that governs everything about repairing one: the tub cannot be straightened, panel attachment points are bonded, and structural damage is a replacement rather than a repair. The engine is a transversely mounted 1.75 turbocharged four with an aluminium block, driving through a six-speed dual-clutch — no manual was ever offered. There is no power steering at all on the coupe, so a heavy or uneven steering complaint is a geometry or bearing question rather than an electrical one.
