Hyundai Genesis Coupe
A rear-drive coupé sharing the Genesis saloon's BK/BH platform and nothing else on this make's list is laid out like it — front engine, rear drive, limited-slip differential, and a chassis that a front-drive Hyundai diagnostic habit does not transfer to. The 2011 facelift is the dividing line: the 2.0 turbo gains a twin-scroll turbocharger and a large power increase, and the 3.8 Lambda moves to direct injection, so a carbon or fuel-trim complaint reads differently either side of it. The 2.0T cars are heavily modified in the field, which is worth establishing before trusting any boost or knock code on one.

Pre-facelift cars use a five-speed automatic behind the V6; the facelift moves to an eight-speed and to GDi, and the two are not interchangeable.
