Lada Vesta
The modern saloon and estate, and the first Lada developed with Renault-Nissan involvement — the alliance's electronics and some of its gearboxes appear here, so Renault information is occasionally the closer match. The 1.8 VAZ-21179 is the engine worth naming: it had a documented oil-consumption and piston history in early cars that produced misfire and catalyst codes on engines with no ignition fault at all.
