Mercury Marauder
A Grand Marquis with the Mustang Mach 1's 4.6 DOHC V8, a limited-slip differential, the Police Interceptor's suspension and rear disc brakes — which is the point: mechanically it is a Panther-platform car and every Crown Victoria and Grand Marquis procedure applies to the chassis, but the engine is not the SOHC Triton those cars use and its documentation is the Mustang's. About 11,000 were built in two years, so the aluminium DOHC engine's specific parts — coil packs, intake, accessory drive — are the ones that are hard to find.
