MINI Roadster

The Coupé with a fabric roof instead of the hardtop, on the same R58 structure — two seats, the same active rear spoiler, and the same R56 running gear underneath. The roof is manual on the base cars and semi-automatic on the higher trims, and its rearward-folding cassette occupies the space the Convertible uses differently, so Convertible roof parts and procedures do not fit. Around 12,000 were built, which makes it the rarest MINI of the era and the one whose body panels are hardest to find.
