Saturn Relay
A minivan, and one of four badge-engineered siblings — the Chevrolet Uplander, Buick Terraza and Pontiac Montana SV6 are the same vehicle, which is where its information lives since very little was written under this badge. The 3.5 and 3.9 pushrod V6s are the engines, and their recurring fault is the one that runs through GM's 60-degree family: intake manifold gaskets that leak coolant internally, showing as a dropping level with no visible leak, followed by misfires. On all-wheel-drive examples the Versatrak rear unit is a viscous coupling with no electronic control, so a driveline symptom there is mechanical rather than a module fault.
