What this code means
Bank 2's downstream fine-trim has hit its lean limit — P2096's argument on the other cylinder bank, with one addition the two-bank layout provides free: compare the banks. Both banks lean points at something shared — fuel pressure, a common vacuum leak, the intake; one bank alone points at that bank's own exhaust joints and sensor, which is where the P2096 leak hunt starts.
