What to do
Check the air filter and squeeze the intake ducting before this sensor is condemned — a genuinely restricted inlet produces readings that look like sensor faults and cost a fraction as much.
What this code means
The second turbo's inlet pressure reading is alive but implausible — with a free cross-check built into every key-on: engine off, the inlet should read exactly atmospheric, agreeing with the barometric sensor. Disagreement at rest convicts the sensor; disagreement only while running is the interesting case, because a genuinely deep depression is this sensor doing its job on a blocked filter or collapsed duct. Rule the cheap restriction out before the sensor is blamed.
