Chevrolet Lumina
The W-body saloon, the Monte Carlo's four-door sibling and built alongside it on the same platform with the same engines, so that page and the Impala's cover most of what matters here. A fleet and rental staple in enormous numbers. The pushrod 3.1 and 3.4 carry the intake manifold gasket problem of their family, and the 3.8 Series II is the more durable choice of the three. The Lumina APV minivan is an entirely different vehicle that merely shared the name for a few years, and has its own page.
