GMC Envoy
The body-on-frame SUV built alongside the Chevrolet TrailBlazer on the GMT360 platform, which is where its information lives — the two are the same vehicle with different trim. The 4.2 Atlas straight-six is the engine most carry, and the recurring faults are the platform's rather than the engine's: instrument-cluster stepper motors that fail and give false gauge readings, a fuel-level sender that reads erratically, the blower resistor and its connector overheating, and the four-wheel-drive encoder motor on the transfer case whose position sensor produces service-4WD warnings with no mechanical fault. Any TrailBlazer bulletin of the same year is worth reading here.
