XPeng
China
Chinese electric marque built around driver assistance and over-the-air updating, with an 800-volt architecture on the G6, G9 and later cars — which is the fact that matters at the workshop, since the isolation and shutdown procedures are stricter than a 400-volt car's rather than merely similar. Its assistance stack uses lidar alongside cameras, so calibration after any windscreen or bumper work involves more sensors than most.

What makes one worth reading:
- The car — make, model, year and engine. The same fault behaves differently on each.
- What you measured, not only what you replaced.
- What actually fixed it — or that nothing did, which is worth knowing too.
