Ford Puma
Two unrelated cars under one name, thirty years apart, and the name alone will mislead badly. The 1997 Puma is a Fiesta-based coupé with a Yamaha-developed 1.7 Zetec-SE. The 2019 Puma is a small SUV on the Fiesta's B platform with the 1.0 EcoBoost mild hybrid — a 48-volt belt-driven starter-generator, which puts supply-voltage and stop-start codes on a car most people read as entirely conventional. Only the second is likely to be in front of you.
