Faulty hydraulic pressure sensor
The sensor confirming pressure in a clutch or gearbox actuation circuit. A faulty sensor and a genuine leak set the same code, so pressure has to be measured independently before the sensor is condemned — the cheap part and the expensive fault look identical from the driver's seat.
