P0935: Hydraulic Pressure Sensor Circuit High
What to do
The gearbox may stop working entirely. Note that a faulty sensor reading high can make the module shut the pump off as a precaution, so a wiring fault can genuinely immobilise the car — the fix may still be a cheap one.
What this code means
The actuation pressure sensor circuit reads above its valid range — an open circuit or a short to supply. A module that believes pressure is excessive will usually stop the pump to protect the circuit, which produces a genuine pressure loss as a consequence of a false reading: the gearbox then fails for real, because of a sensor.
