Incorrectly wired universal oxygen sensor
A universal sensor spliced in with the wires paired wrongly. Heater and signal circuits crossed can damage the module input as well as producing nonsense readings, and because the part is new it is the last thing suspected. Worth checking first whenever the fault dates from a sensor replacement.
