Have this looked at promptly rather than living with it. Sudden unexpected power loss in traffic is the failure mode, and it will happen without warning.
What this code means
The throttle position signal is dropping out intermittently. This is more serious than most intermittent codes because of what depends on it: a momentary loss can trigger a limp mode without warning, which in traffic is a genuine safety concern rather than an inconvenience. Connector and harness faults dominate, particularly at the pedal where the loom flexes every time it is used.
