What to do
Expect one fixed gear and no torque converter lock-up, which is meant to get you home rather than to be driven on — the unlocked converter heats the fluid. Keep the journey short.
What this code means
The relay control circuit is held high — an open circuit or a short to supply — which generally leaves the relay unable to energise. Without its main supply the module cannot operate, so the transmission runs on whatever default the hydraulics provide with no electronic control at all: typically one fixed gear, no lock-up, and no adaptation to anything.
