What this code means
The sensor measuring the DC-DC converter's output current has failed its circuit checks.
"14 volt power module" is the standard's other name for the DC-DC converter — the same part whose status circuit lives at P0A08–P0A10 and whose enable line lives at P0A11–P0A13. This family watches its output: how much current it is delivering into the twelve-volt system. Three families, one part, and a reader meeting any of them is well served by knowing the other two exist.
The current reading is how the module balances the converter against demand and spots an overload. Losing it does not stop the converter converting — the usual consequence is conservative behaviour and a warning, not a breakdown — and the diagnosis is the low-voltage measuring chain: wiring, connector, then the sensor, which usually lives inside the converter assembly.
