What this code means
The wire that commands the positive contactor has failed open — the coil side, where P0AA0's family watches the feedback side.
Command and confirmation are separate circuits, and the split is diagnostic. This family failing means the order never arrives: the coil is never energised, the contactor never moves, and the feedback family then truthfully reports a contactor that did not close. So these control codes stored with stuck-open codes usually mean one fault, not two — the command line — and the control code is the one doing the pointing.
The consequence is P0AA2's: a car that will not wake. The suspect list is the coil circuit itself — wiring, connector, the driver stage in the battery module — with the usual cheapest-first caveat that a healthy twelve-volt supply is what the whole ceremony runs on.
