Cause
Open circuit in control wiring
A break between a module and something it drives, so the command leaves and nothing happens. The module often cannot tell this from the actuator having failed, which is why measuring at the actuator rather than at the module is what separates a wiring repair from a part.
Typically specialist work. Needs equipment or training most home workshops do not have.
