What this code means
Phase U is drawing more current than the commanded speed calls for.
High is the direction of shorts and mechanical load, and the second half of that pair is worth separating out here. A pump motor pulling excess current on every phase is usually being asked to turn something stiff — a seizing bearing, or debris in the pump — rather than suffering an electrical fault. A single phase high is electrical; all three high is mechanical. That distinction costs nothing to check and points at completely different repairs.
