What this code means
Sense circuit B is returning a value that is inside its electrical range and does not agree with the rest of the pack.
This is the variant where the sense-line-or-cell question at P0B14 is sharpest, because a plausible-but-wrong reading is exactly what both faults produce. A section that genuinely sags under load and a sense line with resistance in it are separated by how the number behaves, not by how big it is.
