P0C24: Electric/Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Pump Control Module Circuit Low
What to do
A pump that is fine and simply is not being told to run — so ask for the command circuit to be checked before the pump is condemned. Symptoms are P0B00's: awkward from a standstill, perfect on the move.
What this code means
The circuit between the transmission module and the pump's own control module is reading low.
This is the command line, not the power and not the phases. The transmission module does not drive the pump directly — it asks the pump's module to, and this is the wire that carries the asking. So a fault here leaves a healthy pump with a healthy supply doing nothing, because nothing is telling it to.
That makes it one of the cheaper faults in the family and one of the easiest to mistake for a dead pump. The feedback side, which is how the transmission module finds out whether the pump complied, is at P0C2B. The two together are the ordinary command-and-confirm pair.

Information, not instruction
CarGeek is a reference, not a service manual. Its pages are written from public sources and from what other people have found, never from a manufacturer's own service information, so they can be wrong or incomplete for your particular vehicle. Some of what they describe carries real risk: high voltage, fuel under pressure, stored energy, hot and moving parts.
Have anything you intend to act on checked by a trained person against the manufacturer's own procedure for your vehicle. Nothing here replaces that procedure.

Nothing posted about this yet. Whatever you found is worth writing down — even a dead end saves someone the same afternoon.
What makes one worth reading:
- The car — make, model, year and engine. The same fault behaves differently on each.
- What you measured, not only what you replaced.
- What actually fixed it — or that nothing did, which is worth knowing too.
