P2223: NOx Sensor Heater Sense Circuit Low Bank 2
What to do
The car drives normally. Ask for the harness to be checked where it passes brackets and edges, and the connector opened and inspected for moisture, before the sensor is replaced.
What this code means
The bank 2 heater sense circuit reads below its valid range, normally a short to ground. Because the sense line carries almost no current, external damage and moisture bridging corroded terminals account for more of these than internal failure — see P2210 for the distinction from the control-circuit variant.
