P2523: Air Conditioning Request B Circuit Low
What to do
The air conditioning may run when it should not, or not at all. Mention any idle dip or stall when it engages, since that is the idle pre-lift not happening rather than a compressor fault.
What this code means
The second request circuit reads below its valid range, normally a short to ground — which the module reads as a permanent high-demand request. The reasoning is at P2520 for the shorted case and P2522 for what the second line signals.
