Lincoln Continental
The name covers a long run and two very different eras. The 2017-2020 car is the large saloon that closed the nameplate, on Ford's front-drive CD4 platform with EcoBoost V6 power, and carries the most comfort electronics of any recent Lincoln — which makes it the clearest case in the range for ruling out a marginal battery before believing a module fault. The 1995-2002 car is front-wheel drive with the four-cam InTech V8 across the axle and air springs at the rear, where a ride-height fault is the complaint that reaches a scan tool first.
