Worn clutch
Friction material worn to the point where the clutch slips under load. On an automated gearbox the module reports it as an actuator or adaptation fault rather than as wear, because it measures the actuator position needed to bite — so the code names electronics and the finding is mechanical.
The adaptation value is effectively a fuel gauge for clutch life and is worth reading before anything is dismantled.
Typically specialist work. Needs equipment or training most home workshops do not have.
