Have it inspected promptly and avoid driving if you can smell fuel. Small high-pressure leaks tend to become large ones.
What this code means
A smaller loss of fuel from the high-pressure system than P0093 describes, but the same category of fault. Small leaks are often internal rather than visible — an injector returning more fuel than it should, or a seal weeping under pressure only. Measuring injector return volumes is the standard way to find which one is at fault without dismantling the rail.
