Driveable. If the tank hisses loudly when you open the filler cap, mention it — that suggests the pressure is real rather than a sensor fault.
What this code means
The fuel tank pressure sensor is reading above its plausible range — the mirror of the low-input fault, generally an open ground or a signal wire finding a supply voltage.
One genuine cause worth excluding before condemning the sensor: a blocked vent path really does pressurise the tank. If the tank hisses noticeably when the filler cap is opened, the reading may be correct and the fault upstream in the venting.
