What to do
The transmission has likely defaulted to a fixed gear. If several solenoid faults are reported at once, ask for each one to be measured individually before a control module is replaced — one shorted solenoid produces exactly that picture.

A measurable electrical fault in shift solenoid A's circuit — an open winding, a short, or resistance outside specification. Straightforward to confirm, since the winding can be measured directly and compared against a published figure.
The case worth handling carefully is several solenoid codes arriving at once. Shift solenoids share a supply and often a driver stage inside the module, so one winding that has shorted internally drags that supply down and every solenoid on it stops working. The vehicle then reports a fault in the entire control system, and the temptation is to replace the module. Measuring each winding individually finds the one that is actually short, and it is usually a cheap part inside the gearbox rather than the module outside it.
