What to do
This is the variant where the car's own estimate of its battery quietly stops being true — expect range figures that do not survive contact with reality. Nothing here is dangerous, but the pack will be managed on bad information until it is fixed, so do not put it off.
What this code means
Sensor B is producing a reading that is electrically plausible and physically wrong — a value inside its normal output range that does not match what the pack is actually doing.
Range/Performance is the hardest of the five variants to catch and the most damaging to leave, precisely because nothing looks broken. An open or shorted circuit announces itself; a sensor reading twelve amps when eighty are flowing does not. The module usually finds it by comparison — against sensor A, against the power the inverter says it is drawing, or against a voltage that is falling faster than the counted current can explain.
Why it matters is at P0B0E: this is the sensor the state-of-charge figure is integrated from, so a wrong-but-believable reading accumulates into a wrong-but-believable charge level.
