Cell group A's sense circuit is reading below its valid range.
Low is usually a wire rather than a battery, and the reason is worth understanding because it is reassuring. These circuits measure with almost no current flowing — they exist only to be read — so any resistance in the path shows up directly as missing voltage. A corroded tap, a terminal that has lost tension, a broken sense wire: each reads as a group with hardly any voltage in it.
A real cell group does not arrive at nearly zero quietly. Getting there means a hard internal short, which brings heat, and heat brings other codes and usually other evidence. So a near-zero reading on its own, with a pack that is otherwise behaving, is far more likely to be a disconnected measuring wire than a dead section — and that is the cheerful possibility to eliminate before the expensive one.
