What this code means
The fan's feedback signal is present but does not match what was commanded — the fan is turning, but not at the speed it was asked for.
This is the variant that catches a fan on its way out rather than one that has failed: worn bearings, a partly obstructed intake, or a motor losing torque. It is also the one most likely to have a free fix, because an intake restriction produces exactly this and clearing it costs nothing. Argument at P0BC7.
