Worth trying the alternatives before booking anything: most vehicles will also open the flap from the car's own screen, from the key, or from the phone app, and if those work the switch is confirmed as the fault rather than the door mechanism.
What this code means
The circuit reading the charge port door's open request switch is faulty.
This is the switch being read normally, as distinct from the wake-up line at P0CC6 — one tells the car somebody wants the flap open, the other is able to rouse the car in order to hear it.
The switch itself lives outdoors by definition. It is on the outside of a car, pressed with wet hands, washed, frozen and salted, which puts it in the small group of switches whose environment is genuinely hostile. So the ordinary causes dominate: water in the connector, corrosion, and a switch that has stopped making cleanly.
The symptom is a flap that will not open on request — an inconvenience rather than a fault with consequences, unless it happens away from home with a charge needed.
