What this code means
A general fault in the circuit controlling the second fuel pressure regulator. The two-regulator arrangement is explained at P2293.
This is a circuit code rather than a performance one, so it says the module cannot drive or monitor the valve — not that pressure is wrong. The distinction matters because the engine's behaviour depends on where the valve fails to. Most of these valves default to a safe position when unpowered, which usually means a fuel pressure the engine can run on but not the one it wants, so the result is reduced power rather than a stop.
