What to do
The car drives normally. This is hard to reproduce on demand, because the system only runs for about a minute after a genuinely cold start — so expect the connector and wiring to be inspected rather than the fault demonstrated live. That is the right approach here rather than a shortcut.
What this code means
The secondary air flow reading jumps or drops out rather than changing smoothly.
As with the evaporative leak detection pump at P2407, the awkwardness here is that the system runs only briefly and only after a cold start — so the window in which an intermittent fault could be observed is a minute per day, and not one anybody is present for. Inspection of the connector and harness is the realistic approach rather than live observation, and saying so in advance saves time being spent trying to reproduce it.
