What to do
The car drives normally. Ask whether both banks report no flow or only this one. One bank points at that side's check valve and pipework, which is the cheaper repair; both point at the pump or the switching valve they share.
What this code means
A fault in the second bank's secondary air flow sensor circuit. The reasoning is at P2430.
A second sensor means the system delivers air to both banks and measures each separately, which is a genuine narrowing: a flow fault on one bank only is a blockage in that bank's pipework or check valve, since the pump is usually shared. Both banks reporting no flow points at the pump or the switching valve they have in common.
That is the shared-cause argument the corpus makes throughout, and here it separates a cheap valve from an expensive pump.
