Expect the entertainment and navigation systems to have stopped. The car will usually drive normally.
One observation is worth more than any test, and you may already have made it: does it only happen when the stereo is loud?
If so, say exactly that. An amplifier draws a great deal of current and needs a solid earth connection — and installers make that earth wherever there is metal: a seat belt bolt, a floor seam, a self-tapping screw through a painted panel. A high-current earth on a poor connection rises in voltage under load, and the network wire that runs closest to the earth wiring picks it up.
"It only does it when I turn the music up" sounds unhelpful and is a precise description of that fault — cheap to fix, and very hard to find without the clue.
So mention any amplifier or subwoofer installation, and ask for its earth connection to be checked as well as its power feed. The earth is the half installers treat as unimportant.

An audio amplifier draws real current — tens of amps at volume — and it needs an earth capable of carrying it. Installers make that earth wherever there is metal, which in a boot means a seat belt anchor, a floor pan seam, or a self-tapper through a painted panel.
A high-current earth on a poor connection does not stay at zero volts. It rises under load — and the conductor that runs nearest the earth wiring is this one.
Which produces the load-dependent fault from U0017: the network misbehaves only when the stereo is loud. "It only does it when I turn the music up" is an exact description of a shared bad earth, and it is the kind of observation a workshop cannot obtain and an owner can.
