Changan Eado
The compact saloon, and the volume passenger car of the range in the markets where Changan sells outside China. Mechanically it shares its BlueCore engines and its transmissions with the CS35 and CS75, so those pages cover the powertrain and there is more written about them. What is worth knowing here is the fuel-system sensitivity: these cars are sold widely into markets with variable fuel quality, and the direct-injected turbo versions in particular respond to it with injector fouling and a rough cold idle long before any code is set. The naturally aspirated port-injected cars are considerably more tolerant, which makes establishing the exact engine the first step rather than a detail.

Second generation (Eado Plus) 2019–present
The Eado Plus brings direct-injected turbo engines and the dual-clutch, and with them the fuel-quality sensitivity the first car did not have.
