Lucid Gravity
The seven-seat SUV on a development of the Air's architecture, sharing its 900-volt system, its motor and inverter design and its Wunderbox — so Air information is the correct starting point for anything high-voltage. What is its own is the chassis: air suspension with rear-axle steering, both of which have their own control units and set ride-height and steering-angle faults that never touch the powertrain. It also introduces a bidirectional charging capability, which adds an export mode to the charging fault tree — a car that refuses to supply power is not necessarily failing to charge, and the two paths are worth separating before either is chased.
